CONTINUING TO FOLLOW THE I & M CANAL

8:30 AM to 12:30 PM




WHERE: Pioneer Village
Lockport, Illinois

We can meet in the parking lot at the North West corner of State St and 8th Street in Lockport at 8:30 AM. The parking lot is adjacent to, and across the tracks from, the North end of Pioneer Village. The Village runs along the East bank of the I & M Canal. About a half mile stroll down the trail next to the canal (on foot) is Lock # 1. There is a lot here to see and paint.

Facilities may have to be the local public fare (i.e., gas stations, etc) until shops open.
The Historical Society will open at 12:00 Noon so when we do our critique at 12:30 PM we can visit them.
